List of Visa Exempted Countries to Fiji

Planning a trip to Fiji is easy for many travelers because a large number of nations do not need a visa before arriving. Use our simple guide to see the full list of visa-exempted countries and learn the basic entry requirements to make your arrival at Nadi Airport smooth and stress-free.

Fiji’s immigration policy is one of the most traveler-friendly in the South Pacific. Here is everything you need to know about visiting Fiji without a pre-arranged visa.

What Does “Visa-Exempt” Actually Mean?

If you hold a passport from a visa-exempt country, you do not need to apply for a visa at an embassy or online before you fly. Instead, upon arrival at Nadi or Nausori International Airport, you will be granted a Visitor Permit automatically.

  • Duration: This permit is typically valid for up to 4 months.
  • Cost: There is no fee for this initial 4-month permit on arrival.
  • Purpose: This is strictly for tourism, visiting family/friends, or short-term study. It does not allow you to work or start a business of which you’ll need a different permit.
